Hey all.
This Tumblr will be my Movie review site. I’ve wanted to do this for a while and finally woke up this morning thinking, “It is time!” I wanted to make this to keep track of movies I’ll be watching from here on out and any movies I rewatch. I hope this will also help others find new movies to watch and give them things to talk about. I try to watch all sorts of movies from many genres.
Movies are entertainment and an experience. In the past, people would listen to the stories their elders would tell and it would be one of their greatest forms of entertainment and history. Now, we are surrounded by all sorts of entertainment. It’s everywhere! The great thing about that is we can now choose for ourselves what is good and what isn’t. Surely much of what people like about the movies they watch depends greatly on their own personality and experiences, however, there is something in all movies for everyone to enjoy or despise, so keep an open mind. I will.
On that note, I will try to include an unbiased review for every movie, but I will end up giving my full opinion on it. Fair warning, I will be highly opinionated. If my personal thoughts go against yours, sorry in advanced for disappointing you, but my opinion will remain just that.
Just for fun, I might throw in a video game, TV show, or Anime review every once and a while just to spice things up so keep an eye open for that if you’re interested, but I will keep my focus on movies.
So any films I watch after this, there will be a review.
